Why:

Oftentimes, the goalies are not given dedicated drills to help them improve. They are usually warmed up, tossed in the goal, and shelled for an hour. This does not improve their specific weaknesses to ensure they are getting better every day. Even if they do get split by position, they will often do the same drills over and over again without the necessary intent to improve. We also are typically able to help tremendously without the need for the club to hire a full-time coach!

How We Help:

We talk with the coaching staff on how we organize practices and drills to ensure the goalies are not forgotten. The academy will have as many conversations with the coaching staff or players as necessary to solidify a plan that works for everyone.
