Academy Foundations

The Charles Street program that is built for beginner to intermediate goalies to provide guidance and education through our video library including drills, goalie mindset training, lacrosse IQ, and video calls with our coaches. We breakdown every aspect of playing goalie: Hand Speed & Accuracy, Foot Speed & Accuracy, Positioning, and Clearing to create a curriculum custom to you based on your current strengths and weaknesses. We also discuss how to watch film, understanding different offensive sets, leadership qualities vital to successful goalies, and time management to handle practice, school, workouts, extra lacrosse work, and relaxation time.

Academy Plus

The Charles Street program that is built for goalies wanting to play at the next level. This program starts with a film breakdown and assessment by our coaching staff. Following the assessment, you will receive your custom CSGA curriculum that will walk you through each progression of drills and give you access to Foundations for the entirety of your membership. This process results in the most efficient progress possible and allows for further improvement thanks to our incredible coaching staff. You also get year round workout programs designed specifically for goalies by our sports performance coach on staff!

Best of the Best

This program is ONLY for goalies currently in college or those of you in the recruiting process. It is limited acceptance, and you MUST be committed to playing goalie in college. In Academy Elite you will get college level workouts, conditioning tests, and film breakdown that is geared towards you making a difference from the first day you step on campus.
